In the very competitive Bay Area real estate market Grant accomplished two critical measures to assure our successful purchase of a property. First, in the early phases leading to a formal offer, Grant carefully outlined the process, oversaw the all important aggregation of information leading up to a bid submission, and secured our e-signatures in a timely fashion. Second, Grant kept us atop the critical factors that needed be included to increase the likelihood of success - in our case the need to present as "clean" an offer as possible and the above asking range we need consider given the frenzied climate. I should add that the California home we purchased was 3000 miles away from our East Coast home and done solely over the internet.
